After about a year of blood, sweat and recrimination, our new website design is almost ready to be presented to you.
As I write, there is a list as long as Schwarzenegger's arm of things that need to be done before launch, but the developers assure me that the switch will be made in the next 24 hours. I'll believe it when I see it, and whenever it happens am braced for all sorts of teething problems.
But I thought I should try to warn you in advance that things may never be the same again.
