Forgive an old cynic but I feel impelled to write about a new brand from Constellation (q v), the company that is definitively the biggest wine company in the world now that it has swallowed Mondavi whole – even if the joint ventures seem to be being spun off into the sole ownership of Mondavi’s ex-partners.
Turner Road was launched last September, and is already available in both the US and the UK. In the US the sales pitch looks much like many others as far as I can see from the website.
