Some great sweet wines

The Wine Society (see some background in a recent your turn) recently held a fascinating comparative tasting of wines from three of the top performers in Sauternes/Barsac nowadays where I was able to taste the following wines. It showed pretty clearly the current supremacy of Climens under the obsessive direction of Bérénice Lurton – although the oldest wine, a 1976, was not showing well that night.
