Had a lovely Sunday lunch yesterday. Very simple. Just Nick and I in our garden in the Languedoc - one of rather few days we are here alone. No cooking involved (the temperature has been in the high 30s for some time and it has been quite challenging keeping reds cool enough to taste and drink). Leftovers really but the wine matches worked…
