31 mar: I have added 2001s from Bosquet des Papes, Grand Tinel and la Vieille Julienne currently available from OW Loeb.
After my recent lukewarm report on the 1998s , I’m delighted to be able to report more enthusiastically on some 2003s, and the odd 2001, on the basis of a tasting last week in London organised by the most important of Châteauneuf’s ludicrously numerous growers’ groups, the Fédération des Syndicats des Producteurs de Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
