Bordeaux 2004 - some recent impressions
Below are very brief notes on some 2004s tasted at the Bibendum 2005 primeur tasting in London last month. You will see that this was not the most relaxed of tastings (parking ticket threatened) so I am not suggesting that major investments should be made on the strength of these impressions, but what I do feel strongly is that there are some very good 2004s (admittedly not strongly represented below) which should not be overshadowed by the 2005 hype.
