Below are my full tasting notes, scores and suggested drinking dates for the 1998 blind tasting described in fine wine news. Some of these wines represent exceptional value – as I have noted below.
I have divided my notes into right bank wines and the Pessac-Léognans and within these sub-regions I have listed wines in descending order of my preference.
