The world's best dry Rieslings

These tasting notes should be read in conjunction with my description of the second big Austrian wine challenge in wine news. I am publishing my notes as I took them at the time, complete with guesses good and bad as to the provenance of the wines, and in the order the wines were served, blind.

In some cases this had an effect, I think. For example the very first wine was one of the sweetest and probably rather overpowered the steely, bone dry Leitz wine served immediately afterwards. Similarly I wonder whether the marks for the Grosset Polish Hill...
