Uncorking Jumilla

Let's imagine that we take all the following tasting notes and we pour them into a shaker, we shake them and pour one single glass. The resulting cocktail will give us the average Jumilla wine, one that today will be deep ruby in colour and taste of ripe black fruits, damsons, dry Mediterranean herbs and sweet spices and will have densely concentrated black fruit, full body, a juicy, sweet-throated texture and leave warming sensations on the palate.
