Wines from four centuries

 
These notes were taken at the table of an extraordinary dinner held by a generous fine wine collector at his house outside Toronto in December 2006 in aid of a local art gallery. This was the fifth annual Stonefields dinner, designed to raise money for a good cause from local patrons and habitués of the event.
