Trimbach CFE 1997 - when to drink one bottle
Aeyal Gross, Tel Aviv: The Trimbach Riesling, Cuvée Frédéric Emile, is one of my favourites. I wonder about the 1997 one. Only one bottle in stock (actually the second was broken by a very reputable London wine store which was holding it for me!) and trying to wonder whether to place it in the "drink soon" shelf or in the remote storage site.
