from: max eyzaguirre of Chile question: I am puzzled about the real thickness of the skins in the Tempranillo grape. In the OWC it says they are thick. In the How to Taste it states that they are not particularly thick. Could you clarify this for me? Thanks. answer: Very sorry for the delay in replying to this but I wanted to triple check.
