Great S Australian Chardonnays contd

In response to your article about Leeuwin Estate and Giaconda (by far my favourite Australian Chardonnay, and in my not so humble opinion, the best chardonnay in the world outside of Burgundy!) and whether or not there are any contenders from SA, I would answer not too many! Eileen Hardy, which has improved immeasurably since the 'Dolly Parton' style of yesteryear is now made from predominantly Tasmanian fruit. The SA Chardonnays that I would suggest are on the right track come - not unsurprisingly - from the Adelaide...
