Observations on Enologix
Tom Mann, London: Jancis, in response to your note the other day about Enologix, the people who claim to have found the formula for making 'great wine' (for great read (Parkerised), you may want to take a peek at the 'Rantings and Ravings' section on www.weimax.com ... It's a site for a wine merchant in California, some of which is very amusing... especially the part about Leo McCloskey's winemaking skills! me: I'm currently in the depths of the English countryside with only the most fragile online connection so am unable to research this myself but offer it up for ppers' delectation.
