Here is one for anoraks, prompted by an assessment of the 2001 claret vintage you included on your website some time ago [now being updated in tasting notes]. Laboratory analyses of the composition of young red Bordeaux now generally include a statement of the polyphenol content expressed as a figure on the IPT (Indice des Polyphénols Totaux), but what is the unit of measurement?
