Additives in wine

John Cottrell, UK: Is there any way to find out what non-grape ingredients are in a bottle of wine? Are biodynamic wines the best place to look for good quality unmessed-about wine (eg Leflaive)? I ask in particular, as I am intolerant to wheat, which I understand is added to some wines. I did ask a Spanish winemaker who suggested that the more I paid for a wine, the fewer additives it was likely to have....
