Timing of Burgundy 2003 tasting notes updated
David Lester, Manchester, UK: When might we expect your 2003 burgundy tasting notes? me: 28 jan - They should be published, all 700 of them, today or tomorrow. Well I'm in the thick of making them at the moment (must dash to the first tasting of the day in fact) and it will take some time to transcribe them so I anticipate publishing the lot in time for my overview in the FT and wine news on sat 05 feb. That said, I sense a certain urgency about this particularl small vintage so am investigating whether I can manage to produce everything in time for 29 jan.
