Patience, Shaftesbury, England: New to purple pages, I haven't yet rummaged through all the tasting notes. But I'm curious - how much would you expect the Bordeaux 2003 wines to change by - oh, say 2008? Or is this almost impossible to say, given the knotty nature of the vintage? And would you be willing to comment as to how you think they might change? me:   As you can see from my tasting notes, /tasting/tasting0405 I would imagine that many of them – all but the very finest - will already be ready to start drinking by then and will have developed more complex tertiary flavours rather than the primary fruit and secondaray...
