A Valentine's Day test

Rami, GB:   I decided to celebrate Valentine's Day this Sunday 13 feb. I believe if you love your partner, every day should be Valentine’s Day not just 14 feb. So to this end I bought my wife fine chocolates, flowers, card, and champagne. Then, knowing she likes Kir Royal I got Creme de Cassis from Domaine du Vissoux (of Pierre-Marie Chermette - by they way it was too concentrated for the job) for an aperitif. Then, being Chinese New Year, I thought Peking Crispy Duck would be appropriate. Classically I thought a Pinot Noir would be the right wine to accompany this.
