Recommended meditative wine books

Tim Sevenoaks, Istanbul: Are there any wine books that you particularly admire? I do not refer to guides to regions and varieties and such like, but prose works (such as Kermit Lynch's charming Adventures on the Wine Route ). I have heard great things about George Saintsbury's Notes on a Cellar-book , and have ordered it. What else is out there? I imagine this is a matter of interest to many.
