Rami, GB: I note that Nick will be writing soon about your visit to San Sebastian ? Perhaps you will be visiting Arzak with his wonderful Basque cuisine. We had a momorable meal there. Arzak's charming daughter Elena (I think in her early days she spent time in London - at the Gavroche?) gave us a sample of almost every item on the menu to show us their speciallities.
