Disgorgement dates, please
Rodrigo Mainardi, Brazil: After reading your tasting notes on Champagne NV an old question came to mind: why don't they inform is of the disgorgement date for NV Champagne? I would help the consumers a lot. me: I agree and the fact that houses such as Bollinger, Bruno Paillard, Philipponnat and Jacques Selosse do give the disgorgement date on the bottle shows, I think, that many serious producers recognise the importance and usefulness of this. Although I would also like to know more about the age of the wine itself too.
