David Schildknecht, US: Permit me please to raise an eyebrow at a couple of Enrico Bernardo's statistics ... and most especially at your own title for this posting, The best sommelier in the world debunks cork sniffing , Jancis! If Bernardo is experiencing but 2.5 per cent TCA-tainted wine, then I think he is one lucky guy indeed!
