Helen Jolliffe, London: Congratulations on this civilised and informative web site. Can you recommend a good company which delivers wine to your home? I have used The Wine Society but would like a wider choice of clarets and burgundies costing up to £12-£13 per bottle. Also I'd like a wide choice of half bottles of claret and burgundy. me: Certainly The Wine Society is a good start as, in my experience, they are very efficient, buy well and, according to my latest mailout received, are currently either holding or reducing prices at the moment.
