Ged Lithgoe, Cambridge, UK: I wonder if any other purple pages subscribers have used Chateauonline.com to order wine? They have an excellent list but their customer service is the worst I have ever come across. Apologies for the length of my diatribe but I'm livid. I've used them three or four times and I've had serious problems with them twice - once perhaps being forgivable but this last time being the final straw. After I ordered it on 08 mar, my wine was despatched and bank account debited on 14 mar. It never arrived and I've been chasing it since with five separate emails. I have received three replies only, none with any...
