Also, on the subject of Chardonnay, whilst in Australia recently we tasted Cloudy Bay and Mount Difficulty 2003 and I was surprised to find that the MD knocked the CB out.  My brother-in-law (a Tooheys man) described the delicious acidity of the MD as a 'tongue dancer', which now features in my tasting notes whenever appropriate!
