What of Lascombes 2002 now?
Neil O'Connor, Middle East: I have seen on wine-searcher two varied ratings for Chateau Lascombes 2002 and was wondering if you have had a more recent tasting from your last report. me: I haven't tasted it since my Bordeaux 2002s in bottle report last nov but it certainly isn't my style of red bordeaux and I can't imagine it ever becoming so (see my note). The 2004 was the first vintage of Lascombes I have really liked since the new regime took over there. Where does winesearcher.com show ratings for specific wines? Neil O'Connor explains: Not wine-searcher directly, but some wine merchants or shops insert the ratings...
