What to drink with Pur Sang
Terje Loitegaard, Norway: I was wondering if you could give me a tip on food combination with the Pouilly Fumé, Pur Sang 2002 by Dagueneau. Is it ready to drink? me: I should imagine it is just starting to open out now - but no desperate hurry to drink it. This is the sort of wine which, despite its bloody name, I could imagine going beautifully with the new season's asparagus that is just coming on to the market here in Britain. Do you import/grow it?
