Can Cabernet Sauvignon be pink?

Yes, you can have a rosé wine from any grape variety with skins dark enough to tint the must - the longer the skins are left in contact with the must, and the more pigment in the skin, the darker pink the wine will be. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have lots of colour. I am planning a survey of some of the most interesting pink wines around(and there is a lot of rubbish) in the next few weeks.
