John Reed, Aberdeen, Scotland: In Trimbach and Jaboulet trounced by the likes of Jacobs Creek you mentioned that the Cuvée Frédéric Emile Riesling 2000 Trimbach was positively old. Does this mean that it does not have any more agieng potential and that I should drink up? I hope not as I have several bottles of it!!! me: I agree that this bottling usually has years and years of ageing potential but here are the notes I wrote when I tasted it blind on two quite separate occasions recently.
