What to drink with parmesan omelette and a green salad

Carol Horton, Rome: I eat very simple foods these days- and enjoy making them for others. One of the things I love is a parmesan cheese omelette and a leafy green salad with French dressing. Could you please point me in the direction of a good wine to go with this meal?! Thanks. me: I'm thinking rosé, Carol. Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
