Roger, The Harrow at Little Bedwyn, Wiltshire: I was privy to an extraordinary piece of wine making whilst visiting a vineyard in Premeaux Prissey, Burgundy this week, a barrel of Grand Cru Bonnes Mares 2003 you marked at 17 but commented 'But it lacks a little grand cru intensity in the middle' was topped up with the remnants of a barrel tasting we had in their cellars which included numerous different wines, white and red from various barrels!
