Jean Trimbach: Me/Us again (see CFE Trimbach 2000 – too old? )... sorry to bother you with this but back from a trip to the US for two weeks I am working all my paperwork, and read your comments on the Riesling 2003 Réserve that I had proposed for British Airways. I just tasted two bottles with Hubert and Pierre. You said "hard and fruitless", yes certainly young and too young. As you know this wine comes from a nice vineyard in Ribeauvillé where the vines are over 40 years old on limestone.
