Stuart Aiken, Hampshire: I was delighted to see your tasting notes on rosé wines, so good in summer and so often underrated. I have a view, probably biased, that by far the most enjoyable rosés are Côtes de Provence, for taste and that lovely salmon colour. So, I wanted to pass on the delights of Ch les Castres (The Naked Grape, Alresford, Hampshire, about £75 a case) as great value summer drinking, ideal at lunchtime in a sunny garden. me: So you see the sun down there in Hampshire, do you?
