How long should one keep Château-Chalon?
Michael Weinstein, Pennsylvania: Recently while in Nice, I purchased a bottle of 1976 Château-Chalon. I was told that this wine is still in its infancy and that it could age for another 50 years. Can you tell me about this wine from the Jura region of France and let me know your impressions? Thanks. me: Château-Chalon is far from my speciality. I can go years without tasting it.
