Vassil Rachkov, Easy Wine, London: Is there a reliable wine courier in the UK which delivers wine safely without breakages? We've had such a bad luck despite the careful packing of the parcels we send. Parcel Force, Amtrak, Initial City Link and many more, they've all somehow managed to break our parcels. We send wine parcels abroad which are delivered more safely than within the UK. I remember one of your articles where you identify the problem as a possible market niche to be developed.
