Keeping up to date with Burgundy
Jonas, Singapore: Hey Jancis, will you ever write an Oxford Companion to Burgundy ? The books out there on Burdundy are kind of outdated, don't you think? Maybe it's time you do. me: Aaargh. Could I possibly find time between updating the big Oxford Companion (next, 3rd edn 2006) and The World Atlas of Wine (next, 6th edn 2008) and somehow producing a new grape variety book - not to mention answering calls to update Vintage Timecharts (a job for semi-retirement, whenever that will be, surely)? As for Burgundy, I've long said it would make the perfect subject for a really good specialist website that keeps track of who has...
