Is Châteauneuf especially good at fighting heart disease?
9 Sep 2005 by JR
Francine Diamond, Nevada: I work in a restaurant and one of our regular guests is a cardiologist. He was talking about the great health benefits of red wine, which I have read about, but he also mentioned that some studies show that Châteauneuf du Pape is proven to give greater results than other red wines. I never heard of such thing - after all CNDP can be made from a single grape variety or a blend of up to 13 different varieties, some of them white. Did you read about such studies and if there is some truth to this? Please explain why it would be more beneficial.  me: This is news to me. Anyone else know anything about...
