Which wines does Parker under-estimate?
Joe Asch, NH: The rap on Robert Parker is that he seems to favour over-ripe, over-oaked, over-extracted, etc. wines. You and he famously disagree on the recent Ch Pavie, but can you point to subtle, elegant wines or vignerons that he has under-rated due to his reputed biases?
