Marcus Ford, Shanghai:   Fascinating tasting notes for Montrose. Always intrigued how such a tasting would be structured and what did you eat over lunch and dinner? me: My wine news/FT article this Saturday deals with that in some detail. As you may imagine, Jean-Claude Vrinat at Taillevent was pretty clever with the menu, and Bipin very clever with his orchestration of the flights and wines within them.
