Tasting terroir in Toronto
Gary Gillmann, Toronto: Inspired by the discussion on terroir I made a peregrination through the aisles of Vintages, the fine wine section of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario. I was looking for a bottle whose label claimed a specific influence of terroir on the wine. Little did I expect to find a wine which used the term in its very name, but I did! It is 2002 Pouilly-Fuissé Terroir.
