Traditional Chinese - a correction
John Wen, Toronto: Chinese traditional text is the same for Cantonese and Mandarin readers. It's primarily the pronounciation that the separates the two. I speak Mandarin and can't understand a word in Cantonese, yet it is fundamentally the same language! I do think that the current hubbub in wine in China is a bit overhyped.
