How to drink a 50 year-old Huet Vouvray
Peter Sive, London: I have a bottle of the 1953 Vouvray Le Mont Moelleux from Huet (it came in a mixed case from the lamented and now-defunct Interesting Wine Club). I have no real idea what it might taste like, what to serve it with, and whether its just too late anyway. Can you advise? me: I'd be very surprised if it were impossibly late.
