Is Cabernet Sauvignon losing ground?

Greetings. You answered a very interesting question on 19 mar 04 regarding whether you thought that the bubble had burst for Chardonnay (in terms of what has been happening recently in the world's major wine regions). I would like to ask the same question, but regarding Cabernet Sauvignon. It would be interesting to discover what you think, given Cabernet's reputation as being (arguably) the grape with the greatest potential to express a terroir.
