Dry rot in a wine cellar

Dry Rotter, England: I have just discovered a patch of dry rot in the ceiling of my cellar where electrical work was taking place. Apparently this fungus can only thrive where temperatures are between 50 o F and 60 o F and humidity is above 80%. It seems to me that these conditions are also close to ideal for a wine cellar and that therefore some of your purple pagers might have experienced similar problems. If so, can they share anything about treatments, as I expect that I have too much wine to move it completely out of my cellar while the spraying takes place. I assume that you'd have no objections to any responses being similarly...
