Gabriel Lim, Singapore: I had the pleasure of reading your book Confessions of a Wine Lover as I travelled around Japan recently. I loved every word and page of it. Aside from your glorious accounts of amazing dinners and wonderful wines, your recollection of "the" wine that first got you hooked was something I could really relate to.
