Tasting notes on the Rhône's 2004s
Harry Cragoe, London: Do you know of any 2004 Rhône TNs [tastng notes]? There seems to be a general view that a good number of these wines are going to be worth putting in one's cellar, although I am unclear whether this is across the region or more concentrated in the North or the South. Can you back this up? Thanks for continuing to run such an excellent wine resource - both informative and entertaining. me: Yes there is a real buzz about the 2004s, certainly in the southern Rhône. Reports from the north are not quite so enthusiastic but I'm tasting some in London next week and am going down there to do lots more...
