Pieter Rosenthal, Glasgow: Over the last few months I have started organising blind tastings for friends and found it a great way to spend an evening in. Afterwards I write up the tasting notes and post them on my recently launched website. Don't worry, no contest, it just makes me appreciate yours even more as I now realise first-hand how much work is involved in it. Hats off to you.
