I've particularly enjoyed your column in the FT Weekend section for some time and now that I've subscribed to your website I cannot understand why I didn't get round to it earlier. Rather specific question about drinking dates, I'm afraid: We have some of the 2000 Fevre Chablis Vaulorent in storage at the Wine Society, for which the WS gives drinking dates of 2003-09.
