More on Tasmania's Domaine A

James North, New South Wales:   Domaine A have a second label (Stoney Vineyard) which can be excellent and much cheaper than the first wines.  The Stoney Vineyard Cabernet is approx $26 here (as opposed to $65 for the Domaine A cabernet), which is very good value for a boutique Australian vineyard (they tend to be expensive even here).  The 2001 Stoney Vineyard Cabernet is excellent.  Another delicate, food-friendly red from Tasmania is Stefano Lubiano Merlot 2003 .  Also about $26 down under.   Christopher Sherwood, Thameside Wines, Putney:   I hope this is of use:...
